At the Nepcon exhibition held in Shanghai on April 25-27, Advanced Assembly Systems Co., Ltd. will launch its smart SMT production solution to highlight its leading position. In order to carry out a wide range of applications, four production lines will be set up at booth 1C50 for many live demonstrations. The company will exhibit first-class software and systems from SIPLACE, DEK, E by SIPLACE and E by DEK brands. The focus is also on adjusting solution packages for workflows in areas such as material management, production planning, production line monitoring, and line changeovers to automate them at least partially, thereby making production more efficient and reliable. The site will also demonstrate the comprehensive solution in the smart factory solution-how ASM remote smart factory establishes a secure link between ASM and its devices, but these devices are far from customer sites around the world. With remote smart factories, ASM technicians and process experts can answer customer questions, provide information, be authorized to obtain 7 * 24 hours of remote access to configure machines, optimize processes, install software, or perform preventive maintenance. The scene will also show how smart glasses and smartphones can make local and remote maintenance more efficient.

This time, our booth covers an area of 405 square meters, and most of the space is used to build four SMT production lines designed for different applications and scenarios. Their best-in-class printing and placement solutions are the foundation for building factories of the future. Together with the ASM ProcessLens 5D SPM (Solder Paste Management) system, DEK NeoHorizon 03iX and DEK NeoHorizon 01iX printers can implement a fast and autonomously managed solder paste printing process for smartphone production lines.
